Founder

ORGMENTOR has been founded by Praneet Mehrish , who has now decided to share his considerable experiences, insights and HR expertise, with a wider audience, beyond the corporates that he has worked for in the past.

Praneet has seen a career of over 35 years of Strategic and Operational HR, spread across Global organizations like TATA STEEL, EICHER Goodearth , APOLLO TYRES, ORACLE CORP, ST MICROELECTRONICS ( $ 10 Bn European Semiconductor Co.), ESSAR STEEL and THE KARAN THAPAR GROUP ( Greaves Cotton, Premium Transmission Ltd, English Indian Clays, Bharat Starch ).

Praneet has valuable hands on experience in a diverse Industry portfolio which includes Steel, Automobiles, Tyres, Information Technology, High Tech ( Semiconductors ), Engineering and Process Industries.

His senior Corporate assignments in India have been as the Country HR Director, both in Oracle Corporation and in ST Microelectronics, the Global Head of HR for Essar Steel Holdings and Corporate HR Head in the Karan Thapar Group.

Focus in recent years has been on Top Leadership Talent Acquisition, Organisational and Management revamp, Building and maturing Management teams, Executive Coaching, Compensation restructuring, Key Talent Management, Succession Planning and Change management interventions.

Praneet has a vast experience of operating in a multi cultural environment within India and overseas. In India, extensively across the NCR, Maharashtra, Kerala, Karnataka, Gujarat, West Bengal & Jharkhand. Overseas, the spread of exposure has been across France, Germany, UK, Italy, Canada and the USA.

He has helped Start Up Organisations in India to stabilize operations and at the same time grow exponentially in business and size.

In addition to the above, Praneet also has considerable experience of coaching Senior and Middle management executives identified for Leadership roles, in the organizations that he has led as the HR Head.

As a trained Coach, Praneet has been successful in helping his Coachees in identifying their true ‘North’ i.e. the direction and objectives they want to achieve, to focus on their motivation, in planning and executing their strategies for improvement while identifying and overcoming the challenges that confront them.

Post Graduate in PM & IR, from the Xavier Institute of Social Service ( XISS ) of the Class of 1979.
Trained Executive Coach in the area of Career & Performance Coaching from NEWS Coaching & Training, Switzerland.

In addition, he also has extensive expertise in the HAY Job Evaluation methodology, CBI(Competency based Interviews) and Thomas (DISC) Profiling.


Among his other achievements in his long career, he has had the distinction of leading ST Microelectronics to be listed amongst the 25 BEST EMPLOYERS IN INDIA by Hewitt Associates, for 3 (yrs) successive years ( 2002, 2003 & 2004 ) .

Also In 2004, under his leadership, ST was once again listed as one of the top 25 GREAT PLACES TO WORK in India by the Great Places to Work Institute, USA.

Neena Nagpal
Principal Consultant

Neena is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 13 years of experience in implementing strategic and operational HR initiatives. Her experience spans across verticals such as HR Integration, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits (salary benchmarking and annual increments), Performance Management, and Learning and Development. She possesses knowledge of HR processes in diverse industry segments like Information Technology, Aviation, Manufacturing and Retail. She has worked with organizations such as IBM Daksh, Titan Industries, Spicejet and the Karan Thapar Group.

With a rich mix of talent and experience Neena has worked on several high profile projects throughout her career. Her recent focus has been on Talent Management, HR Integration and Leadership development. Neena brings expertise in

Neena graduated from Delhi University, with an Honors in Political Science and is a Post Graduate in Business Management from the Fore School of Management with specialization in HR & Finance. She has attended Human Resource Management and Leadership and Motivation courses at New Mexico State University, USA. In addition, she is certified on Thomas Profile Assessment and has attended the Competency Assessment through Assessment Centre, a Management Development Program at XLRI.
